Due to the Covid 19 (Coronavirus), to protect our staff and customers, the District is suspending all non-essential face-to-face contact with the public until further notice.

The Board of Commissioners passed a resolution to suspend late charges and service disconnects for delinquent accounts during this Covid-19 pandemic.  If you have lost your job due to the Covid-19 pandemic and having difficulty paying your water bill, please call our office to make payment arrangements.


For District customers living within Burien, the City is proposing an 8% Utility Tax on your water utility.  This tax will result in a direct increase in your water bill.  The Council will consider Ordinance 744 at their next Council Meeting scheduled for October 19, 2020 at 7:00pm.  Please direct any questions or comments to the City Council at or on the City's Public Comment Webpage:
