Water Flushing for Business and Home

Has your home or business been closed for a while?
If so, you should flush your water lines before use.  There may be particulates accumulated in the plumbing since there was very little or no water used during the "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order.

Chlorine in the water provided to disinfect the water may have lost its effectiveness and may need to be refreshed by flushing.

Flushing removes any particulates and bacteria growth that may have built up in the line with reduced use and replaces the stale water with fresh clean water from the distribution system.

Follow the links below for some steps to take to flush your home or business water lines after periods of low flow or no-flow conditions.
